Vendor Rules & Regulations

 VENDOR FEE:$45

**No Inappropriate Or Unsafe Items Are To Be Sold Or Displayed As This Is A Children-Friendly Event** 

1. APPLICATION PROCESS : Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Applicants must submit their application online. If your application is not accepted your payment will be returned to you. If you are accepted as a vendor, NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason. A confirmation will be sent via email. 

2.FOOD  Food is any item (food, drink, baked goods, candy etc.) whether packaged or unpackaged that can be consumed on site. NO SELLING OF FOOD IS PERMITTED.

3. ARTS & CRAFTS: We reserve the right to remove any work that is deemed inappropriate. Our goal is to provide a safe place for the children at the event. 

4. ELECTIRICTY: Limited electrical access is available to vendors. Generators are accepted.

5. LOCATION AND DATES : The event will be located at: Penn Park, 100 w College Ave York PA, 17401 . From 12pm-6pm on Saturday, May 4th, 2024. The event will be cancelled if it rains. Refunds WILL NOT be issued if thats the case.

6. SET UP: Between the hours of 10am-12pm on the day of the event. No late set up allowed. You must fully be setup by 12pm. Setup will not be allowed past 12pm and your vendor fee will be forefitted. Please unload your vehicle and park in the designated vendor parking area, then return to your space to complete your setup. Vendors must bring all necessary display, tables, chairs etc. No structures are provided.

7.CLEAN UP: You are expected to leave the area you occupy as you found it prior to set up. Please dispose of your trash in the provided trash cans.

8. NOTICE: The Nays Kids Community Giveback Committe reserves the rights to ACCEPT Or REJECT any application. We also reserve the right to remove any vendor that does not follow the rules and regulations as established for this event.

9.TAXES/LICEBSES: As the vendor, you are responsible for collecting and reporting Pennsylvania sales tax and hospitality fees as required by law.

10. NO SHOWS: Vendors accepted into the event who fail to participate without giving a 48-hour notice MAY NOT be eligible to participate in any future events promoted by Creatress Nay Artz.

11. SPACE ASSIGNMENTS: All approved vendors will be assigned a space on a first come first serve basis. Staff will be on hand to assist with any questions you may have.
